How Do We Go About Storing with PayU Storage?
  • If you have not started packing, please refer to our packing tips for safe storage and moving.
  • Send us an overview picture of the packed boxes and other furnitures/appliances. WHATSAPP +65 9756 3849
  • If you do not have picture, please list down types of furniture or appliances(eg. 2 or 3 seater sofa, 4 or 6 seater dining, 2 door or 3 door wardrobe? half height or full height drawers) 
  • Let us know how long you are planning to store as we have special pricing for longer storage period
  • Wait for our quotation normally within 24hrs unless you need it urgently.
  • If you are ok with our price, you can send in the items to 1 of our storage or engage our inhouse movers to pickup the services for you.
  • Due to space limitation, many customers prefer to make a reservation to book the place in advance.
  • An agreement will be signed at your premises when we picked up or when you send your items over to our storage facility.
  • An official receipt, agreement as well as inventory list will be sent to you subsequently.
