Our customers consist of individuals, Entrepreneurs, E-commerce, SMEs or companies mainly storing household items, inventory, document boxes, annual accounting documents and some commercial items that not are not food, flammable or illegal items.
We are almost always 70-80% occupied as we have made it very affordable for home owners who are renovating their homes and need a temporary place to store their furniture. Some home owners are also storing with us on a long term basis their occasionally used items like toys & books.
For SMEs & companies, we have music schools storing their instruments with us and also private schools, law & accounting firms storing their document boxes with us.
